Το Afro Link Up είναι μια ανοιχτή συζήτηση αφιερωμένη στη δεύτερη γενιά Αφρικανών στην Ελλάδα, μια πλατφόρμα έκφρασης, σύνδεσης και αφήγησης προσωπικών ιστοριών.
Με αφορμή την έκθεση του Μουσείου Μπενάκη “Η Αφρική Ανάμεσά Μας*“, η εκδήλωση επικεντρώνεται σε αντικείμενα και στις μνήμες που αυτά ξυπνούν.
Κάθε συμμετέχων θα μοιραστεί τη δική του σχέση με αυτά, δημιουργώντας ένα μοναδικό storytelling memoir, μια συλλογική αφήγηση.
Πώς μπορεί κάτι τόσο οικείο να συνδέει τους ανθρώπους, ακόμη και όταν οι αφηγητές παραμένουν άγνωστοι μεταξύ τους;
Μέσα από αυτήν τη συζήτηση, θα χτιστεί ένας διάλογος που γεφυρώνει εμπειρίες και ενισχύει την αίσθηση της κοινότητας.
Θα ακολουθήσει Afro Party με τον DJ Tony.

Afro Link Up is an open discussion dedicated to the second generation of Africans in Greece, providing a platform for expression, connection, and the sharing of personal stories.
Inspired by the Benaki Museum exhibition “Africa Amongst Us*”, the event focuses on objects and the memories they evoke.
Participants will share their personal connections to these items, creating a unique storytelling memoir, a collective narrative of experiences.
How can something so familiar connect people, even when the storytellers remain strangers to each other?
Through this discussion, a dialogue will emerge, bridging experiences and strengthening the sense of community.
An Afro Party with DJ Tony will follow.
