Το Victoria Square Project παρουσιάζει το TRiKiKLO με ένα τριήμερο πρόγραμμα δωρεάν δράσεων:

19/3 Πλατεία Πρωτομαγιάς 15:00 – 19:00

20/3 Φωκίωνος Νέγρη 11:00 – 15:00

Η πόλη γεμίζει με τέχνη, νέες ιδέες, ήχους και εργαστήρια!

​Το τρίκυκλο, το πιο αναγνωρίσιμο όχημα του αθηναϊκού κέντρου, βαθιά συνδεδεμένο με τους ανθρώπους του, επανασυστήνεται ως TRiKiKLO και βγαίνει στους δρόμους φορτωμένο εργαστήρια, ήχους και εκπλήξεις, κάνει στάσεις σε πλατείες και πεζοδρόμους, δημιουργεί εφήμερες εστίες διάδρασης και επικοινωνίας, επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τη σχέση μας με το δημόσιο χώρο και την τέχνη στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.

Το TRiKiKLO ξεχωρίζει φέροντας μαζί του την εικαστική εγκατάσταση της Reddehilos_Collectif MASI (Μαντλέν Ανηψητάκη & Simon Riedler) εμπνευσμένη από την ιστορία του Αθηναϊκού οχήματος και ειδικά σχεδιασμένη στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος.

New ideas, art and sounds are taking over the streets of Athens

The tricycle, in Greek τρίκυκλο – trikiklo, is a common vehicle of the Athenian centre, inextricably connected with the people using it, the contemporary flaneurs. The vehicle makes a comeback as TRiKiKLO and hits the Athenean streets carrying workshops, sounds and surprises, it stops on several squares and pedestrian streets, where it creates ephemeral meeting and communication spots. TRiKiKLO challenges us to redefine our relation with the public space and art in contemporary Athens.

TRiKiKLO stands out by carrying the art installation of Collectif MASI (Madlen Anipsitaki and Simon Riedler) inspired by the history and special characteristics of the vehicle.
