This serie is a sequence of yoga positions (asanas) that balance hormonal system and with a wholesome breathing techniques let prana flow. Beside the benefits to blood circulation and immune system,by this method our mind is trained to be relax in all conditions and let us to stay in meditative state. The meditative state increases our awareness and in time through the increased awareness it gets easier to cope with daily problems,stress,fear and anxiety.<br \/>\n*The language of lessons is Turkish. And as much as native speakers, also the participants that willing to experience Turkish language through this activity are welcomed to lessons.<br \/>\nSinem is a psychotherapist from Turkey who is also interested in healing science of ancient cultures. She had been in Ind\u0131a in 2014 to take yoga teacher training by traditional ashram, Shri Kali. There she had been thought asanas, philosophy of yoga and tri-dosha balancing series that is called full body meditation. After she turned back from \u0130ndia she started to apply also these techn\u0131ques to her psychotherapy sessions. Since years her healing style has turned to a holistic healing which include body as well as mind. As she was living in Istanbul she went on take educations about tantra philosophy and Gurdjieff movements.
